The title from today’s episode is named after Brooke McNamara’s poem “Funeral For A Future” featured in her most recent book Bury The Seed. McNamara read’s the poem for us to kick off the episode and then we dive into a conversation about finding our spiritual ground in uncertain times, reading and writing poetry as a spiritual practice, and how coming home to ourselves is a simple as following what we have a crush on.
